Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE MKT: LTS) will serve as ProMetic's Principal American Liaison ("PAL") on the OTCQX, responsible for providing professional guidance on the OTCQX requirements.
